CHALLENGE:
Encourage repeat viewing to build a loyal audience for the launch of the first full season of the game show, Pictionary, hosted by Jerry O’Connell while providing additional promotional opportunities for the show advertisers.
OUR SOLUTION:
Create an on screen QR code daily sweepstakes to engage the audience by giving away prizes from multiple show sponsors over 260 episodes. ESG collaborated with the marketing team and web developers to coordinate the secure handling of large scale data for the daily drawings. This meticulous coordination facilitated the administrative components to ensure the maximum number of unique winners while providing additional on air promos for sponsors.
RESULTS:
This strategic sweepstakes yielded remarkable results and generated over 95,000 entries, with more than 70,000 unique participants. The success has led the production company to add this type of promotion to multiple shows and Pictionary has been renewed!
