Prior to joining ESG in 2008, Alan Gerson served as the head of NBC’s Program Standards and Broadcast Administration; EVP of the Home Shopping Network; Sr. VP of Television and Business Development at Ticketmaster Corp.; President and C.O.O. of both RONCO Inventions and Vertical Branding, Inc.; co-founder and EVP of iMedia Communications, Inc. Alan is a natural storyteller and given his long and interesting job history, you're in for a treat if you get to have lunch with this guy. Alan has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from the State University of New York, College at Plattsburgh.

Alex Hendrie joined the team in 1998 and is an attorney by training. He has overseen compliance for over 250 different game and reality shows including Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, Deal or No Deal, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, and Don’t Forget the Lyrics. Alex is often found on set during the production and taping of game shows to ensure all elements of the show are legal and fair. If you want to see the largest cats on the planet, ask Alex to show you pictures of his Maine Coons. Alex has a law degree from Saint Mary's University School of Law.

As a long-time employee of ESG, Sabra works within all three divisions of the company. Some of the hats she wears are: all things finance, Broadcast Standards, and Practices team member, and SCC's scheduler and contract maven. She is also the manager of the ESG's yearly NCAA brackets – unfortunately, she has never actually won.

John joined the team in 2020. Prior to working in game show compliance, he worked in the less glamourous legal fields of affordable housing and financial institution law. He is a dedicated college football fan who attends a game at a different stadium across the country every fall. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Georgetown University Law Center.

Jessica joined the team in 2001 and works closely with the CEO to target organizational objectives. Jessica monitors the day-to-day activities of the promotion staff and establishes and oversees systems, procedures, and protocols; she also formulates policy for the promotions department. In her spare time, you will find her binge-watching Netflix, hanging out with her dog nieces (Lucy and Priscilla Queen of the Desert), and volunteering with Fetchin' Retrievers Rescue. Jessica has an M.B.A. from the University of Redlands and a B.A. in English from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.

Emilie joined the team in 2004 and oversees client relations and business development in addition to the administration of contests, sweepstakes, and other types of promotions. Emilie's cats are named Artemis and Caspian so give her a call if you find yourself needing a unique pet name.

Oscar is responsible for client relations, promotion management, and heads up ESG’s Spanish promotion department. Additionally, he works across multiple client verticals, has vast experience with digital executions, and is an expert in social media. Oscar also handles compliance for the SCC division of ESG. Lastly, he spoils the heck out of his dog, Boomer.

Greg joined the team in 2006 and works with some of ESG’s largest clients in a broad range of promotional and fulfillment fields. He's been a key player in joint venture marketing campaigns for his clients and regularly oversees national campaigns. Kerry joined the team in 2012 as ESG’s Fulfillment Manager and was promoted to Promotions Manager in 2023. He works with his agency and entertainment brand clients to develop broadcast and social media promotions. Additionally, he handles new business inquires and is ready to discuss sci-fi shows or Michigan football anytime.

Matthew has been in the entertainment business for over 40 years. Serving his time as a performer, editor, director, producer, and international theatre teacher specializing in Shakespeare and Red Nose Clown. He entered the ESG/SCC world in 2006 as a Producer, Production Coordinator, and Manager of Operations for NBC Skycastle. For SCC he has provided compliance services for hit game shows like The Wall, Deal or No Deal, Holey Moley, Double Dare, You Bet Your Life, 25 Words or Less and is proud to now be helming SCCs coverage of Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune. He is a graduate of the prestigious National Theatre School of Canada.

Clarissa joined the ESG team in 2022 and oversees all facets of the promotion administration life cycle. She is adept at client relations/business development and her master's degree in project management is an asset she brings to every project. BIO: Lily started at ESG in 2022 and works closely with the Director of Finance, Promotions Managers, clients, and contest winners to coordinate game show and social media fulfillment. She has sent out millions of dollars in cash prizes for U.S. and international contests, and provided merchandise, gift cards, and travel planning and fulfillment. She has worked with a wide variety of clients including Meta, Disney/Fox, and Sony. She has a B.A. in History from St. Catherine University and enjoys abstract painting, exploring nature, and quality time with her cat Pandora.
