If you use a social media login to enter into a contest, sweepstakes, or promotion, then we may access your public social media profile information. You can control and limit this type of sharing by using your social media service settings.

As applicable, the following type of information is collected when you enter a sweepstakes, contest, or promotion on a website we have developed/hosted or on a digital platform we manage:

• Visits to connected social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Telegram, WhatsApp, Line, etc.
• Share button clicks
• Votes on networks
• Total votes
• Total visits
• Emails sent

ESG also automatically receives and records information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time, as well as information about the page you requested. We use tracking technologies in a variety of ways, including: keeping count of return visits to our site or our partners’ sites; accumulating and reporting anonymous, aggregate (data collected in mass), statistical information on website usage; and determining which features and services users like best or in which they have the greatest interest.

How Your Personally Identifiable Information Is Used

The personally identifiable information we collect from you is used in the following ways:

• Verification of the information you provided when you entered a sweepstakes, contest, or promotion
• Check eligibility status for any conflicts of interest with a sponsor of a sweepstakes, contest, or promotion

Retention of Personally Identifiable Information

Your personally identifiable information is only retained for as long as deemed necessary for us to abide by and remain compliant with state auditors and regulatory agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service.

ESG retains your personally identifiable information for three (3) years.

ESG retains your financial personally identifiable information for seven (7) years. The following is the type of financial information retained:

• First name
• Last name
• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Social Security number/Individual Taxpayer Identification Number/Social Insurance Number
• The approximate retail value of the prize you won if and only if the prize is $600 or more

Sharing of Personally Identifiable Information

ESG will release personally identifiable information in order to comply with a judicial proceeding, subpoena, court orders, or legal process served on us; or when we believe that your actions violate applicable laws or any usage guidelines for specific products or services, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.

ESG may aggregate personally identifiable information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to third parties for marketing, promotional, and other purposes. We do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to identify you personally without your express permission. In addition, ESG takes appropriate security measures (e.g. physical, electronic, and procedural measures) to help protect and safeguard any personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.

Disclosure or Sale of Personally Identifiable Information

ESG does not and will not sell personally identifiable information of any person.

ESG only discloses personally identifiable information to third parties for the following business purposes:

• Reporting and issuing 1099 MISC to the Internal Revenue Service as required
• Reporting winners to the states of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island for promotions that are registered in these states as required
• Booking travel with various travel companies and/or directly with hotels, airlines, car services, etc.
• Arranging the shipping of merchandise prizes via shipping companies and organizations including, but not limited to: FedEx, USPS, Amazon
• Arranging payments of cash prizes via digital financial services such as PayPal

Right to Request What Personally Identifiable Information We Have

• Email address
• First name
• Last name
• State/Province of residence
• Date of birth
• A legible copy of your government-issued photo identification

Upon receipt of your request to know what data we have about you, we will share what data, if any, we have collected on you and confirm how it was used.

Right to Delete Personally Identifiable Information

After you have requested and we have shared any personally identifiable information we have of yours, you have the right to request that we delete your information.
